The Paidion Children's Workers Training
The Paidion Team has tapped into their years of experience, trainings and research to develop a robust training to equip Sunday School teachers to be most effective in their call. The training covers diverse areas including understanding our call as children's workers, how to effectively evangelize and lead children to Christ, how to disciple children, teaching a Bible lesson, songs and memory verses effectively, and using visuals and other teaching aids to improve your teaching.
Teaching Tools
Children learn more effectively when a teacher uses diverse teaching aids and techniques. These teaching tools help to keep the attention of the students and also make your teaching more memorable and impactful. The Paidion Foundation provides a range of teaching tools including illustration picture books for teaching Bible lessons, visualized songs, crafts, object lessons, teaching games among others.
Syllabus
A syllabus gives Sunday Schools teachers an organized schedule of what to teach the children over a period of time. It also guides teachers on how to teach the Bible lesson, the memory verse to teach and suggests songs that would be ideal for a given lesson. Syllabuses also ensure continuity especially for those who have different teachers teaching the same Sunday School class.
